Staff is ALWAYS friendly! On my recent visit I saw they updated all their signage which makes me SO happy cause its super easy to choose your flavors without having to ask a million questions (helps my anxiety) BUT they are more than happy to answer any and all questions! Theu also added new items to the menu like sandwiches, artisan chocolates, and other Japanese treats! I was able to meet and talk to Neal John Fogel, Master Chocolatier, Executive Head Pastry Chef, and Cacao Barry International Ambassador, he was so nice and he explained the quality and flavors of his chocolates. I ended up getting the limited edition flavor made for the 250th celebration of the US... DEEELICIOUS! Absolutely love this place and I will not hesitate to travel out of my way to go here!

Jiggly Tasty is absolutely beautiful inside. The décor is modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it a great spot to relax or snap a few photos. Everything we ordered looked incredible, and the presentation was definitely Instagram-worthy. This was my first time trying a Japanese cheesecake, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It definitely lived up to its name—it was incredibly light, soft, and very jiggly, with a texture that was completely different from a traditional cheesecake. While it was an interesting experience, I personally prefer the rich, creamy texture of a classic cheesecake. The Crème Brûlée topping added a nice touch, but overall the flavor just didn't leave a lasting impression. Overall, Jiggly Tasty is worth visiting for the beautiful atmosphere and presentation, but for me, it's more of a one-time experience than a place I'd return to regularly.

We tried the cheesecake her on 6/5/26. It was our first time here. The staff are friendly and informative. We did the plain cheesecake and it was light and fluffy. We definitely liked the flavor and light texture of it. Next time it will be with some kind of toppings.

The staff was extremely friendly and answered all my questions about ingredients and suggestions on drinks. The cheesecakes are a decent size for the price with just 2 of us we got the biscoff and creme brulee and we didn't finish them and took the rest home. The interior is super cute. There's only 3 big booths with tables inside so it'd be good for a group and outside there's 2 tables with 2 seats each.

This place is sooo cute! The staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering. The boba tea and bobas are really good but I think a little weak on flavor. Tboba in Cape Coral has a little better selection and flavor. But the cheesecake? Absolutely amazing! So fluffy and not too sweet! I would definitely get it again. My kids loved their teas and we will be back!
